Gour de Chaule Gigondas Cuvee Tradition 2022 CS20230804 Always a perfectly balanced SancerreFive generations of the Bonfils family have run Domaine du Gour de Chaule in the heart of Gigondas village, with Stephanie Fumoso at the helm, joined by her son Paul and Rosenthal bringing the wines stateside. The Cuvee Tradition is the classic statement: mostly old vine Grenache rounded out with Syrah and Mourvedre, grown in the rocky soils beneath the jagged Dentelles de Montmirail. It's aged in a mix of old foudres and concrete, so the emphasis is
